• Is the IAAC part of the Italian American Club? No, these are two different types of clubs: the 50+-year-old Italian American Social Club’s (“IAC”) (located on Sahara near Eastern) primary focus is providing social activities to its members and their guests through its restaurant and entertainment; our primary focus is enabling and encouraging all youth to play competitive sports.  However, one of our primary missions is to encourage our members to join the Italian American Club.  All IAC members are members of the IAAC (as with other Internet model programs, they can opt-out if they are not interested in supporting youth sports or receiving our publications).
  • What does it cost to join the IAAC?  Zero. Nothing, membership is free!  We are based upon the Internet model (free to join, only pay for goods and services that you want); besides, the Italian American Club does charge for membership and we can’t both ask people to pay for membership.  Membership starts as passive (i.e. you receive our publications and invitations), but we encourage all members to get involved by doing any of the following:
    • Attend a Club sanctioned event like a monthly dinner meeting, San Gennaro Feast, or an event at the Venetian or Smith Center.
    • Coach, mentor, or participate in youth sports by going to games or driving youth to or from practice;
    • Purchase Club merchandise,
    • Purchase a membership card or subscription to the Club’s print magazine, or
    • Make a donation.
  • What are the benefits of IAAC membership?
    • The good feelings derived from helping change the lives of all youth by enabling them to learn valuable social skills, avoid drugs and gangs and graduate from high school;
    • Being part of the Italian American community that encourages and supports Italian American athletes and club sponsored teams;
    • Helping Las Vegas become the recognized epicenter of Italian American culture in the USA today and the ideal location for a NIAF satellite office;
    • Special dining offers;
